Heather Erickson is a teacher, wife, and mother of three children ages ten through fifteen. Originally from Iowa, she graduated with a B.A. in Education from the University of Northern Iowa and a Master’s Degree from Viterbo University in Wisconsin. She has over fourteen years experience teaching in public, private (Christian) and charter schools. She has mentored countless university practicum students and many student teachers. She holds both a professional teaching license and a ACSI (Association of Christian Schools International) professional license.  Her love for worshiping God through music and dance is fulfilled by teaching advanced tap and jazz at Rez Dance. She enjoys being active with her kids and their interests such as basketball, soccer, and dance. She and her husband of twenty years enjoy traveling and experiencing the world with their family.  Her husband, Nate, works for Case New Holland as a group product manager in autonomous vehicle design (that means equipment that is self-driving!).   She currently homeschools her son, Connor, who introduced her to Master’s Hand last year! She is excited to be a part of this ministry and looks forward to helping students learn about who they are in Christ, as they learn about the world He has made.
