COURSE DETAILS: American Sign Language (ASL) is a fascinating language. In Beginning ASL, the first thing we will learn is to sign the alphabet and to spell each student’s names in ASL. We will then learn basic signs for the most common words in various groups including: people, foods, animals, colors, numbers, clothes, actions, and commands. We will practice things we learn by playing various games - like Uno - using the signs we have learned.
