COURSE DETAILS: The Bible talks about stewarding our body well.  One way we can do this is exercise! I’m so excited to come alongside your kiddos to help them grow and learn together.  We will start with warm ups and basic workout movements and then play some games!  Games and activities will include obstacle courses, parachute bean bag toss, variations of tag, relay races, hop in a hoop, sharks and minnows, and more! There will be fun/silly songs with our games.

We will work on rejoicing with others even if they don’t win and being kind to one another in words and actions (Galatians 5:22-23-the fruit of the spirit).  I’m expectant to see what the kids can learn with hard work and perseverance!
