Linette is a wife, mother of many children ranging in ages from fifteen to twenty-four years

old and an Oma many times over. Glen & Linette Ballew have been in ministry together

for 30 years, both graduating with 4-year degrees from sister Christian colleges. In the mid 90's they partnered with founder of Five Iron Frenzy, Reese Roper, and launched an independent record label named Fifty280 Records. The Ballews helped shape a new Christian music scene in Colorado with a variety of concerts, battle of the band competitions, DJing on 56 KLZ,  hosting Denver's first alternative Christian music radio show on 94.7 KRKS, and producing the 2-day Vision Music Festival that spanned six years. Together they were the Executive Producers for Heavenfest 2012. Linette specializes in Student Ministries and was ordained in 2006. She is entering her 13th year of homeschooling. She is a First Lego League coach and owns her own company; Mission Robotics. She mentors students in creative problem solving using LEGO Robotics. She helped coach her first team to the Colorado State Finals in 2013. They brought home a trophy for 2nd place in research presentation and placed 8th overall. In 2014 the SuperBots placed 2nd for robot design. Nearly every year since, team #456 has earned a trophy or the right to compete at State Championships and is one of the oldest teams in the state. She currently provides and supervises a variety of LEGO Robotic classes, camps, competitive and non-competitive teams and clubs. Linette has been enthusiastically teaching Character First and Ameritowne for 5 years.
